Partner 11 – Coris-BioConcept Dr. Thiery Leclipteux is the scientific director of Coris-BioConcept, an SME based in Gembloux, in the Walloon region of Belgium. Coris-BioConcept focuses on the research and development of rapid membrane assays. Coris Bioconcept has developed new rapid tests to detect human viral enteric and respiratory pathogens. These tests, which are based either on colloidal gold particles or colored latex microspheres, are suitable for single sample analysis and are more sensitive than agglutination latex tests, require minimal manipulation and give unequivocal diagnosis within 5 minutes for positive samples.
